Ingredients

Organic Damiana, Organic Lemon Balm, Organic Lemon Peel, Organic Licorice Root, Organic Passionflower, Organic Lavender

Brewing Instructions

For the perfect cup of herbal tea add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 250 mls of water into a teapot or infuser. Add hot water (100°c) and leave to brew for 3-5+minutes. Strain, relax and enjoy.
