Spring Is Here!

Spring Is Here!

Hello Spring,

Spring is a magical time of the year, it is one of my favourite seasons it brings so much promise and energetic flow. During this beautiful season you see flowers blooming, longer days and baby animals everywhere. The extra hours of sun can be massive mood boosters especially for people who are working indoors all day.

This is a season of cleansing, clearing and fresh starts, if you have felt like you are stuck or have been wanting to make a change but haven’t started then there is no better time than now.

Things to do this Season

  1. Make a change - Start with a little life plan, what’s currently working in your life and what do you want to improve on? You can make the smallest change or do something radical it’s really up to you and where you feel you need to go.
  2. Cleaning & Clearing - There is nothing better than cleaning and clearing out things that no longer serve you, make it your mission this season to work through all the different rooms of your house and get rid of things that you don’t need or have out grown. Removing the old makes way for new things, I also feel like a massive weight is lifted off my shoulders when I do a clear out.
  3. Get Outside - Research has found that spending time outside in sunny spring weather can change the way people think and can boarded our minds, this leaves us open to more information and creative thoughts.
  4. Fresh Produce - Nourishing your body has never been any easier, spring is the queen of fresh fruit and vegetables. Now is the perfect time to head to your local farmers markets and start eating the rainbow. Load up on all the delicious produce its good for your body and your soul
  5. Green Thumb- Whether you live in a unit, house or on property now is a great time to do a little gardening, you may want to start your own little veggie patch or maybe you have longed for fresh flowers. Head to your local markets, nursery or hardware store and find some seedling that bring you joy. It’s such a wonderful experience nurturing these little plants from the start and watching them flourish over time. If you haven’t gardened before maybe you could start off with a lovely indoor plant and watch it grow until you feel comfortable getting outdoors and doing some planting.

I really hope that you can look at this Spring in a positive light no matter where you are in the world and do something that will help ground you and let you flourish into the next phase of your life.

 Love Nat xx
