How well do you sleep?

Are you getting enough sleep?

Now this is a big one, most of us don’t get enough sleep, studies show that we should be getting between 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Your whole body benefits from sleep and if we are depriving ourselves of quality shut eye, we are compromising our, health, productivity and general wellbeing.

Start implementing a before-bed routine to help slow your mind and create a space of peace to relax your whole body. 

Half an hour before bed, swap you're screens for a book and brew yourself a cup of herbal tea to let your body know it’s time to slow down. Unwind & Dream is the perfect night-time brew, infused with chamomile, passionflower and skullcap to assist you with a deep and restful sleep.

I find that picking up a book and reading before bed really puts my mind and body in the appropriate mindset to doze off. I also highly recommended listening to music while your drift off, my personal favourite sounds to fall asleep to are the ocean or a rainforest, I use the Calm or Headspace apps however there are many other apps or even YouTube clips to listen to.
