Let's use this month to create a new routine in our life, this 30 day challenge is designed to help you implement something new to your life that will benefit your overall well being. It can be anything from drinking 3ltrs of water a day to putting the dishes away before you go to bed. The idea is do it everyday for 30 days so that it becomes a habit we keep in our lives.

For Example my 30 day challenge is to Meditate, Journal and Stretch daily as i know my body needs this and it really helps me to be happier each day.
